Collection: Automatic Liquid Filling Machines for Bottles

About Automatic Liquid Filling Machines for Bottles

Automatic liquid filling machines dispense water-thin to highly viscous liquids into bottles and jars on production lines. CECLE supplies 6 machines using gravity, overflow, piston and pump technologies. The right type depends on viscosity, fill accuracy and container shape.

How to Choose

  • Product viscosity — thin liquids use gravity/overflow; thick or chunky use piston/pump.
  • Fill accuracy — volumetric piston/pump (±0.5%) vs. visual-level overflow fill.
  • Container type — glass/PET bottle, jar or pouch size, shape and material.
  • Speed (CPM) — number of filling heads and cycles to meet target output.
  • Material and cleaning — 304/316 SS wetted parts, CIP, corrosion/foam handling.

FAQ

Q: Which filler type suits my product viscosity?
A: Thin, free-flowing liquids (water, oil, solvents) use gravity or overflow fillers; medium-viscosity oils and gels use pump fillers; thick sauces, creams and products with particulates need piston fillers with large-bore nozzles.

Q: Do I need overflow or piston filling for clear bottles?
A: If uniform visual fill level in clear bottles matters most, choose overflow filling; if precise volume and minimal giveaway on costly product matter, choose piston or pump volumetric filling. Many lines start with overflow and upgrade later.

Q: Need a filler matched to your product and speed?
A: Contact CECLE with your liquid viscosity, container and target CPM so we can recommend filler type, heads and material, plus lead time and a quote.
