Filling Machine Selector
Tell us what you fill, how much goes into each container, and what utilities you have. We'll show every CECLE filling machine that fits - and flag the ones that don't, and why.
Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out
Material form is a hard filter. Liquid, paste, powder and honey-straw machines use different dosing principles (piston vs auger vs peristaltic + ultrasonic) and cannot be swapped in the field. Pick "paste" and every liquid/powder machine is removed and named.
Fill volume is a hard filter. Each series covers a documented cylinder / screw range. A machine whose range doesn't cover your volume is removed — except models with no published range (HSP-200, set per straw spec), which always stay with a confirm note.
Air supply is a hard filter. Pick "no compressor" and all 14 air-driven machines are removed and named; the electric verticals (FF5, ADF-500, PDF-500, HSP-200) and the manual A03 remain. Several piston machines are also fully pneumatic (F6/FF4/FF6, 0 W electricity) — tick "Explosion-proof" to rank them first.
Automation is a soft preference. Manual, semi-auto and fully automatic machines are different investment levels, not exclusions — matching machines rank first, the rest stay in the list.
Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first. The "Lowest cost" badge marks the cheapest machine that still matches your hard filters.
Prices are reference USD from the linked product pages; models without a Shopify listing show "Quote on WhatsApp". Output units differ across doc pages (cycles/min, bottles/h, fills/h), so speeds are shown exactly as documented — no derived capacity filter.
Scope note. This selector covers volumetric / auger filling machines only. For gravimetric weighing-filling machines (vibratory linear scales, multihead combination scales, the A-25 heavy bagging scale) use the Weighing, Filling & Packing selector; VFFS baggers are excluded pending documentation.
Filling range numbers are the series span (smallest to largest sub-model); the exact sub-model is matched to your container by a sales engineer on WhatsApp.
