Therefore, it is perfectly suited for pressing chicken bouillon cubes, veterinary tablets, effervescent tablets, and other large customized tablets. Additionally, for raw materials with poor fluidity, the machine is equipped with a gravity feeding system, which effectively ensures smooth discharging and precise filling weight.
How are the lubrication system and overload protection designed?
A: The transmission mechanism of this equipment adopts an oil-immersed lubrication system and is completely sealed under the machine body. This design not only extends the service life of gears and mechanical components but also completely eliminates cross-contamination caused by lubricating oil coming into contact with powder materials.
