Quick Answer: The CECLE is an Upright Glass Door Display Refrigerator designed for Convenience Store Beverages with an operating temperature range of 2 °C ~ 10 °C (approx. 35 °F ~ 50 °F), engineered for stable, repeatable commercial-scale production.

CECLE Upright Glass Door Display Refrigerator vs. Traditional / Generic Alternative

Where CECLE Upright Glass Door Display Refrigerator stands out against generic upright glass door display refrigerators — measured on the dimensions buyers care about most.

Door Configuration & Display Area
CECLEDouble-door and three-door builds come off the same cabinet line with double-layer hollow tempered anti-fog glass, so the shelves stay readable in a humid store.
AlternativeSingle-door glass cabinets show one narrow column of product, and the inner pane fogs in humid aisles until staff wipe it down again.
Temperature Window for Mixed Stock
CECLEThe 2-10 °C range holds chilled drinks, dairy and fresh produce in one cabinet, so a convenience store does not need a separate unit per category.
AlternativeA fixed 4-6 °C setting chills beverages but damages leafy produce, which pushes the store into buying a second cabinet.
Airflow & Even Cooling
CECLEDynamic fan cooling with a forced direct-cooling micro-fan circulates air through the shelf gaps, so the top row runs as cold as the bottom.
AlternativeStatic cooling leaves a warm band near the door and a cold pocket at the back, so product next to the glass sits outside safe holding temperature.
Shelf Load & Merchandising
CECLEMulti-layer epoxy-coated rust-proof shelves adjust infinitely in height and carry a full row of 1.5 L bottles without bowing.
AlternativeWire shelves on fixed notches sag under bottled drinks and cannot be re-spaced when a taller pack size arrives.

Engineering FAQ

Why does a layer of water mist form on the outside of the glass doors during rainy or humid "south-wind" (Hui Nan) seasons?
A: This is a thermal air condensation phenomenon caused by extremely high environmental humidity combined with a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cabinet. It is a normal physical state. High-spec display coolers usually feature anti-condensation heating wires around the door frame; you can turn on the corresponding defogging switch. If fogging is heavy, simply wipe the surface gently with a dry cloth without affecting internal food safety.

I just placed two cases of room-temperature bottled water inside, why are they still not cold enough after half an hour?
A: Water has a high specific heat capacity. Introducing a large batch of room-temperature (or even warm) liquids all at once will instantly absorb the cold capacity inside the cabinet. Initial cooling for large batches of beverages typically requires a 2 to 4-hour running period. Merchants are advised to replenish room-temperature stock in bulk before closing shop at night so that everything is fully chilled by the following morning.

Is it normal to hear a "humming" and trickling sound while the cabinet is running?
A: Yes, it is normal. The humming sound comes from the operation of the heavy-duty commercial compressor and condensing fan; the trickling sound is the refrigerant circulating through the pipelines, transitioning from gas to liquid state—both are normal physical processes of mechanical refrigeration.

What routine maintenance keeps the stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.

Which product sizes and formats can the handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
