What is the difference in mixing principles between the V-type single-arm mixer and the three-dimensional mixer?
A: The V-type mixer primarily relies on the rotation of the asymmetrical barrel, causing materials to tumble, alternate, and converge under their own gravity. This is a gentle gravity diffusion mixing, particularly suitable for dry powders with good fluidity. In contrast, the three-dimensional mixer uses a complex spatial trajectory of rotation and revolution to eliminate the influence of gravity and centrifugal forces, making it suitable for materials with extremely large specific gravity differences that are very difficult to mix.
What is the material of the inner wall of this mixer? Does it meet pharmaceutical-grade standards?
A: The barrel portion of the machine that comes into contact with materials is standardly manufactured with high-quality 304 stainless steel (and can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel according to requirements). The inner walls are all mirror-polished, leaving no sanitary dead angles, ensuring clean discharge without residue, and fully complying with GMP hygiene standards.

A: All export equipment for foreign trade is uniformly packaged in fumigation-free plywood cases exclusively for export to prevent moisture and shock. What is the warranty and after-sales policy for the equipment?
A: We provide a standard one-year warranty for the entire machine based on the ex-works price.
