Compatible Applications & Materials
- industrial products — primary target products for this Machine line
- Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
- B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Inspection &
- Preparation : Check whether the bolts at all connection points of the subsoiler are tightened, ensure connecting pins and cotter pins are complete, and check the shovel tips for wear or looseness
- Machine Mounting : Align the tractor's three-point hitch arms with the subsoiler's mounting points, connect the left and right lower links and the central top link sequentially, and secure them with safety pins
- Depth Adjustment : Adjust the tractor's hydraulic lift system and depth-limiting devices according to agronomic requirements to set the appropriate subsoiling depth
- Subsoiling Operation : Drive the tractor steadily into the target plot, slowly lower the subsoiler to the set depth, and move forward smoothly to perform subsoiling
- Avoid sharp turns or reversing while engaged
- Post-Operation Maintenance : Raise the subsoiler and move it out of the field
Engineering FAQ
What are the tractor horsepower requirements for this subsoiler?
A: This model matches a required power of 40 horsepower. Please ensure your tractor is equipped with a standard three-point hitch system and corresponding traction capability.
What is the typical depth for subsoiling operations?
A: The working depth of this unit is 100-250mm, which can effectively penetrate and break typical agricultural hardpan layers.
Do I need to replace the entire machine when the tips wear out?
A: No. The wear parts (the tips) of the machine feature a replaceable design. Daily maintenance only requires swapping out the tips, greatly reducing long-term operating costs.
What power supply does the require?
A: The runs on 40hp Matched power. Ensure the facility provides a stable supply at this rating; voltage mismatch can damage the drive or reduce performance.
What routine maintenance keeps the stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
