Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Preheat : Connect the power, set the target temperature and countdown time on the intelligent digital control panel, and wait for the heating platen to reach the target temperature
  2. Slide-Out &amp
  3. Load : Slide the base plate outward along the rails to outside the machine, lay the T-shirt/hoodie/substrate flat, and align the transfer paper with the pattern facing down
  4. Return to Machine : Push the loaded base plate back inside the machine along the rails to the locating hole
  5. Swing Back + Pressurize : Rotate the heating platen 360° back into position above the base plate
  6. press down the anti-slip foam handle, and the machine automatically starts the countdown
  7. Retrieve : When the buzzer sounds, pull up the handle
