Engineering FAQ
Does this machine need to be connected to power or an air compressor?
A: No. The YYD-150-100 is purely manual operation, requiring no power supply or compressed air — simply place it on a desk and use it.
What is the difference between ink cup and inkwell (oil pan) types?
A: The ink cup type uses a sealed ink cup plus a ceramic ring, making it more eco-friendly with less solvent evaporation and lower ink consumption; the inkwell type is an open structure that usually costs less but has more solvent evaporation. Small-batch customers and those with higher environmental requirements are better suited to the ink cup type.
What routine maintenance keeps the YYD-150 stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the YYD-150 handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
