Transform Your Packaging Efficiency with Continuous Rotary Blister Sealing.

The Vertical Rotary Blister Sealing Machine Series provides industrial-grade, pneumatic packaging solutions engineered for high-volume mass production. Whether you are sealing standard hardware, delicate medical consumables with Dupont Tyvek, or irregular special-shaped electronic parts, our robust multi-station rotary systems (2-station and 3-station options) ensure seamless loading, heating, and unloading with zero downtime. Delivering up to 10-15 cycles per minute, this series guarantees tight, smooth, and leak-proof edges for every product.

2. Core Advantages of Our Rotary Sealing Systems

  • Uninterrupted Continuous Production: Multi-station rotary tables (with 2 or 3 mold sets) allow operators to load, seal, and unload simultaneously, eliminating machine downtime.
  • Heavy-Duty Pneumatic Pressing: Operating at 0.24T to 0.35T pressure (requires 0.4–0.8 Mpa external air compressor), ensuring flawless, leak-proof seals even on hard-to-seal materials like thick blisters or medical-grade Tyvek.
  • Customizable Multi-Cavity Molds: Maximize your throughput. We offer custom 1, 2, 3, or 4-cavity molds tailored to your exact product dimensions, allowing multiple small products to be sealed in a single stroke.
  • Global Wide Voltage Adaptation: Built-in support for 110V/220V (50~60Hz), making it plug-and-play ready for manufacturing plants in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
  • Stable Vertical Frame: Heavy, industrial-grade body construction minimizes vibration during long-hour continuous assembly line operation.

3. Simple & Efficient Operation Process

  1. Loading: Operator manually loads the product into the blister at the idle station, places it in the mold groove, and covers it with a paper card or Tyvek sheet.
  2. Preheating (For 3-Station Models): Rotate the turntable to move the mold to the heating station for constant temperature preheating.
  3. Sealing: Rotate to the sealing zone. The pneumatic cylinder presses down automatically to complete the high-temperature thermal seal.
  4. Unloading: Rotate back to the unloading station to remove the finished product while simultaneously loading the next batch.

5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1: Are the molds included with the machine as standard?
A1: The machines require multiple sets of molds to achieve continuous cycle production (e.g., 3 sets for 3-station models). Molds are customized according to your specific product size and are charged separately from the host machine.

Q2: Is an air compressor necessary to operate these machines?
A2: Yes. All models in this series utilize a pneumatic pressing structure for firm seals. An external air compressor supplying 0.4~0.8MPa is a required supporting equipment.

Q3: How do I choose between Top Platen Heating (UBS series) and Bottom Mold Heating (BS series)?
A3: Choose the UBS-5030 (Top Heating) for irregular, special-shaped edges that lack equal-width borders. Choose the BS-series (Bottom Heating) for standard equal-width edges, as it provides minimal deformation and exceptionally smooth finished edges.

Q4: What is the average production efficiency?
A4: Depending on the operator's speed, the machine standardizes at about 10 sealing cycles per minute. By utilizing multi-cavity molds, you can yield 15-20+ finished products per minute.
