What is the mixing efficiency of the horizontal ribbon mixer?
A: The mixing efficiency is extremely high. Under normal circumstances, a single batch of materials can reach a completely uniform state within 1-10 minutes, which is 6-10 times more efficient than other types of mixers.

Is the mixing effect good for materials with large density differences?
A: The effect is excellent. The equipment can uniformly mix materials at a ratio of 1:10,000, showing particular advantages when mixing materials with significant density differences, without destroying the original state of the materials.

Will the material residue of a horizontal equipment be very high?
A: No. Although many people believe that horizontal equipment has high residue, due to our extremely high-precision machining control of the gap between the outer spiral ribbon and the U-shaped trough wall, the continuous operation of the ribbon during discharge pushes the material toward the discharge valve, essentially achieving complete discharge. Actual testing shows that the residue for 1000kg of material is only about 5kg.

What material options are available for the machine?
A: We offer multiple material options to meet the standards of different industries. The material-contacting parts can be made of 304 stainless steel or 316L medical-grade stainless steel, and the frame can be made of carbon steel. Additionally, components such as cylinders can be fully customized to 304 stainless steel, with support for corrosion-resistant linings and wear-resistant coatings.

What is the equipment warranty and after-sales service?
A: The standard warranty period for the entire machine is one year. During the warranty period, if any damage occurs during normal use according to the instruction manual, we will provide free repairs or free replacement of parts (the customer only needs to bear the shipping cost from China). Beyond the warranty period, we still provide lifetime maintenance service.
