Engineering FAQ
Can this machine use 110V voltage in the United States?
A: Yes. We provide both 110V (North American standard) and 220V (European/Asian standard) versions, factory-preset to the customer's destination voltage, and equipped with power plugs that comply with local standards.
Is an air compressor required?
A: Yes, the machine needs to be connected to an air compressor — you can prepare your own or purchase one from us. The required air pressure is 4–6 bar .
What is the difference between a double-head single-color machine and a single-head single-color machine?
A: The core difference lies in throughput and station count: a single-head machine prints only one product per cycle, whereas a double-head model is equipped with two rubber heads and can transfer two products (or two positions on one workpiece) in a single press. In small-part batch printing, double-head efficiency is close to twice that of a single-head machine, greatly saving labor and man-hour costs; the ink-supply principle and cleaning/maintenance methods are essentially the same for both.
What routine maintenance keeps the YYD2 stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the YYD2 handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
