Quick Answer: The CECLE Nitrogen-Flushing Continuous Band Sealer is an integrated gas-flushing, automatic heat-sealing, and synchronous coding machine engineered for puffed-food factories, roasted-nut processors.

CECLE vs. Traditional / Generic Alternative

Where the CECLE stands out against manual or generic nitrogen flushing band sealer — measured on the dimensions buyers care about most.

Sealing / Transfer Quality
CECLE Nitrogen Flushing, Longer Shelf Life : At the moment of sealing, a premium gas nozzle injects nitrogen into the pouch to displace air and oxygen — suppressing oxidation and delaying spoilage , significantly.
Uncontrolled Contact ConditionsEdges wrinkle, seals weaken or transfer is incomplete because pressure/heat are not synchronized.
Adaptability & Changeover
CECLE Adjustable Nitrogen Flow : The standard model requires manual nitrogen-flow adjustment; an optional dedicated adjustment valve can be added for finer, valve-based control of nitrogen flow to suit different.
Single-Format Rigid FramesSwitching product sizes requires lengthy mechanical changeover and extended downtime.
Pressure Consistency
CECLE The CECLE Nitrogen Flushing Band Sealer holds working pressure steady across batches, cutting weak-output rejects.
Inconsistent Contact PressureForce drifts part to part, causing weak seals or incomplete transfer.
Output Speed & Throughput
CECLE It is tuned for continuous commercial throughput with minimal idle time.
Slow Manual CyclingLoading and cycling depend on operator pace, capping real throughput and raising labor cost.

Compatible Applications & Materials

  • industrial products — primary target products for this Nitrogen Flushing Band Sealer line
  • Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
  • B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Connect Gas Supply : Connect the external nitrogen cylinder line securely
  2. Open the cylinder main valve and set the pressure regulator to a safe micro-pressure state
  3. Power On : Plug in the power and switch on the panel main power switch
  4. Set Heating : Switch on the heating switch and set the seal temperature on the temperature controller
  5. For the ink-wheel model, also switch on the print pre-heating
  6. Start Conveyor : Adjust the speed knob to make the conveyor run smoothly
  7. Bag Loading &amp

Engineering FAQ

Does the machine come with a nitrogen cylinder? What else do I need to buy?
A: The machine does NOT include a nitrogen cylinder/tank, nor does it have nitrogen-generation capability . The customer must purchase their own nitrogen cylinder or tank — any model with an external outlet will work . An 8 mm OD (8 mm OD / 5 mm ID) gas tube is also required.

Can the nitrogen flow be adjusted?
A: Yes. The standard model supports manual nitrogen-flow adjustment; an optional dedicated adjustment valve (+USD 100) can be added for finer, valve-based control of the nitrogen flow to suit different pouch types and preservation requirements.

What's the difference between the steel-print and ink-wheel versions? How should I choose?
A: Steel Printing Model : Uses metal type blocks to heat-press indented impressions (no color) — zero consumable cost, exceptional value-for-money; Ink Wheel Model : Uses a solid hot-melt ink roller to print clearly visible black text with bold, eye-catching characters. The price difference between the two complete machines is approximately USD 100.

What routine maintenance keeps the stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.

Which product sizes and formats can the handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
