Compatible Applications & Materials
- industrial products — primary target products for this Heat Press Machine line
- Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
- B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Preheat : Place the machine flat on the anti-scald base, plug in and turn on, set the temperature and time via the buttons, and wait until the LED screen shows the working temperature is reached
- Load Material : Lay the substrate (e.g., a T-shirt section, a pillow corner) flat on the heat-insulating pad, with the heat transfer paper pattern facing down and aligned
- Apply Pressure : Hold the machine and press the aluminum alloy heating plate steadily above the pattern
- the dual high-frequency motors automatically provide continuous, even pressure, held for the set time
- Finish : When the timer ends, move the machine away, peel off the transfer paper, and after cooling the pattern is firmly attached
- Store : After work and once the machine has cooled, put on the transparent protective cover and pack it into the storage pouch to carry with you or put it away.
Engineering FAQ
Can it really be used as an iron?
A: Yes. The machine comes with a built-in ironing mode, and the aluminum alloy heating plate is temperature-adjustable, so it can be used for local de-wrinkling of garments and small-area ironing — a practical helper on any craft desk.
What is the transparent cover for?
A: When you temporarily leave during operation, the transparent protective cover can be placed over the heating machine to prevent burns and keep out dust; during storage it also protects the heating plate from bumps and scratches.
What power supply does the HP-57 require?
A: The HP-57 runs on 150W Power. Ensure the facility provides a stable supply at this rating; voltage mismatch can damage the drive or reduce performance.
What peripheral equipment should be prepared for the HP-57?
A: Beyond the rated 110V/220V Voltage supply, prepare the standard fixtures/molds for your product format and a clean, stable workbench. No special external compressor is required for this electric model.
What routine maintenance keeps the HP-57 stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the HP-57 handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
