Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Preheating : Connect the power supply and air pump, then set the heating temperature and transfer time
- Film Loading &
- Positioning : Install the heat transfer film onto the feeding bracket and adjust the photoelectric sensor to align with the pattern
- Workpiece Placement : Manually place the conical product to be printed onto the mold of the rotating station
- Initiate Transfer : Step on the foot switch
- the machine head will automatically press down, and the rubber roller will drive the product to rotate and synchronously transfer the pattern
- Automatic Rewinding : Once the transfer is complete, the machine head lifts, and the machine automatically winds the waste film to prepare for the next cycle
