Compatible Applications & Materials
- industrial products — primary target products for this Heat Transfer Machine line
- Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
- B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Debugging &
- Preparation : Connect the 220V power supply and air source, and set the required transfer temperature (usually set between 180-210°C depending on the product material)
- Film Loading &
- Positioning : Install the 3D heat transfer film onto the film roller, and use the photoelectric sensor to lock the pattern position
- Manual Loading : Place the product to be transferred (such as a shoe sole) onto the base tooling/fixture
- Start Operation : Trigger the switch, and the machine will automatically complete the cycle: "pressing down - heat transfer - returning to position." Waste Film Rewinding : After the transfer is complete, the machine automatically rewinds the waste film via the electric drive and pre-positions the next pattern
- Finished Product Inspection : Manually remove the finished product and inspect the transfer completeness on the edges and curved sections.
Engineering FAQ
Why is the 15 times/min Printing Speed rating important for the HT-6437-SLIP?
A: The 15 times/min Printing Speed balances throughput and stability for continuous B2B runs — too low limits output, too high compromises seal/transfer quality. This rating is the engineered sweet spot for the target product range.
What peripheral equipment should be prepared for the HT-6437-SLIP?
A: Beyond the rated 220V 50~60Hz Voltage supply, prepare the standard fixtures/molds for your product format and a clean, stable workbench. No special external compressor is required for this electric model.
What routine maintenance keeps the HT-6437-SLIP stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the HT-6437-SLIP handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
