Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Connect Attachment : Align the flat heating cable's aviation plug with the side interface of the temperature control box and tighten the screw
- Preheat : Connect power, set target temperature and time, and wait for heating up
- Load Material : Move the heating plate aside horizontally (swing away), lay the T-shirt flat on the base silicone pad, and place the pattern
- Apply Pressure : Rotate the heating plate back into position, adjust thickness pressure via the top knob, press down the black handle with both hands, and the machine starts the countdown
- Finish : When the buzzer sounds, lift the handle, move the heating plate aside horizontally, peel off the sublimation paper, and complete the transfer.
Engineering FAQ
Is it troublesome to switch between different attachments (e.g., from pressing garments to mugs)?
A: Not at all. No professional electrical knowledge is required. Our machine uses "aviation plugs." Simply loosen the screw, unplug the flat heating plate's connector, then plug the mug press connector into the main control box—the machine automatically recognizes it and powers and heats the mug press. The whole process takes under 1 minute.
Can this machine be used with 110V voltage in the United States?
A: Absolutely. We can provide you with customized 110V (North American standard) and 220V (European/Asian standard) models, equipped with power plugs that comply with your local standards.
Why is the heating platen not a regular square but plum-blossom shaped?
A: The plum-blossom pressure plate is a mechanical optimization design. Compared with an ordinary solid flat iron plate, the plum-blossom structure better distributes the central pressure rod's force evenly to the four corners , while also making the heating plate easier to disassemble and maintain.
