Quick Answer: The CECLE A19 is a handheld pneumatic strapping tool driven by compressed air, specifically engineered for high-frequency industrial packaging lines such as brick manufacturing, timber, and metal logistics.

CECLE A19 vs. Traditional / Generic Alternative

Where the CECLE A19 stands out against manual or generic pneumatic strapping machines — measured on the dimensions buyers care about most.

Operational Mechanism & Drive
CECLE A19Unlimited Continuous Duty: Unlike electric battery tools that require recharging and suffer from motor overheating.
Manual Tensioner + Separate SealerTwo tools per pallet, one to pull tension and one to crimp the clip; pace depends on the operator and drifts through the shift.
Strap Compatibility & Range
CECLE A19Applicable Strap: PET Strap
Fixed Single-Strap ArchAccepts one strap width only, so every changeover needs a second machine or a field retrofit, and off-width strap jams in the guide track.
Pressure / Vacuum Stability
CECLE A19Air Pressure Range: 0.5 – 0.8 MPa
Fixed-Setting PumpVacuum or pressure sags as seals wear, so output turns intermittent and product has to be re-run or scrapped.
Tension Force & Load Security
CECLE A19Max Tension Force: 3000 N
Preset Low-Tension MotorTension tops out well below what a full pallet needs, so loads shift in transit and carriers reject them at the dock.

Compatible Applications & Materials

  • industrial products — primary target products for this Pneumatic Strapping Machine line
  • Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
  • B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Wrap Package: Loop the PET strap around the package, holding the overlap intersection with your left hand
  2. [Core Protocol] Separate Strap Loading: Firmly push down the handle on the right side of the machine with your right hand to open the feed channel
  3. Bottom Strap (Lower Layer): Thread through the cutter's bottom guide slot and lay it flat on the base anvil
  4. Top Strap (Upper Layer): Smoothly feed it between the tension wheel and vibrating tooth plate
  5. ⚠️ Never load both overlapping straps into the same layer together! Ensure correct vertical separation and horizontal alignment before releasing the handle to allow the tension wheel to clamp the upper strap
  6. Pneumatic Tensioning: Press and hold the "Tension Button (Air Throttle Lever)" with your right thumb
  7. The pneumatic motor rotates at high speed to powerfully draw the strap tight

Engineering FAQ

Does this machine need to be plugged into electricity?
A: No. The A19 is a purely pneumatic tool driven by compressed air. It requires an external air compressor operating at 0.5–0.8 MPa. Customers without an air compressor are recommended to choose the JD-1316 cordless electric strapping machine.

Are there any special operational precautions?
A: Manual separate strap loading is mandatory. The A19 lacks an automatic guiding slot for overlapped straps; operators must manually split the overlapping upper and lower straps (short end on the bottom, long end on top) before feeding them individually into the tool. Skipping this step will result in welding failure. Additionally, allow a few seconds for the weld to cool before removing the tool.

What does the 0.5 – 0.8 MPa Air Pressure Range requirement mean for the A19?
A: The 0.5 – 0.8 MPa Air Pressure Range is the working condition needed for consistent, repeatable results. Operators must supply a stable source at this level; fluctuations cause defects.

Does the A19 need an external air compressor?
A: Yes. The A19 is pneumatically driven and requires a stable external air supply at the specified pressure. CECLE recommends a compressor sized for continuous duty to hold stable output.

What routine maintenance keeps the A19 stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.

Which product sizes and formats can the A19 handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
