⚡ At a Glance (Quick Summary):
- Vertical Lifting: Vertical frame lift design prevents ink running, leakage, and ghosting during heavy-duty flatbed printing.
- Versatile Material Support: Handles flat substrates up to 30mm thick, including glass panels, metal plates, electronic nameplates, paper, and ceramic decals.
- Integrated Vacuum Suction: Built-in vacuum device holds lightweight substrates flat and securely, preventing lifting during screen elevation.
Key Benefits & Core Features
1. Vertical Lifting Structure for Zero-Ghosting Prints
Unlike traditional slant-arm printers where ink can pool or drift due to tilting angles, the TD series utilizes a true vertical lifting mechanism. The screen frame moves straight up and down smoothly while the print head glides horizontally (left to right). This preserves exact ink registration, maintains even ink layer thickness, and entirely eliminates ghosting or ink bleeding.
2. Micro-Adjustable Vacuum Worktable
The integrated vacuum suction table grips thin materials (such as paper, PVC film, and metallic sheets) firmly against the bed. Micro-adjustment knobs along the front/back and left/right axes allow quick, effortless multi-color registration and setup.
3. Three Flexible Operating Modes
Operators can seamlessly switch between Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Automatic cycle modes using the foot pedal switch or control panel, adapting easily to short prototype runs or continuous high-volume production.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Does the worktable include a vacuum suction function?
A: Yes, all models in the TD series come equipped with a built-in vacuum suction device as standard. It firmly holds lightweight substrates (such as paper, film, and metal sheets) to the table surface, preventing materials from lifting due to ink viscosity when the screen frame raises.
Q2: How is the equipment packaged for international ocean freight?
A: All machines are packaged in export-standard, fully enclosed plywood cases. This provides comprehensive protection against sea salt moisture, humidity, and physical impacts during international transit.
Q3: What are the warranty terms and after-sales support details?
A: We provide a 1-year global warranty. If any part fails under normal operational use according to the manual during the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts (the customer covers international shipping fees from China).
Q4: What auxiliary equipment and consumables do I need before operation?
A: To operate the machine, you will need an air compressor (4.0–6.0 kgf/cm² pressure), customized screen plates featuring your graphics, printing inks matching your substrate material, and standard shop consumables (thinner, squeegees, screen wash, and positioning fixtures).
