Engineering FAQ
How should I choose between TD-7 and TD-10?
A: The core of selection lies in the countertop depth space and customer flow. If your operating counter depth is narrow (like a regular convenience store checkout), the TD-7 is recommended (only 330mm wide, lightweight and space-saving); if you are in cinemas, amusement parks, or scenic spots with explosive concentrated foot traffic, and need to simultaneously roast and display multiple varieties (such as pure meat sausages, black pepper sausages, corn sausages), the TD-10 , which has nearly 50% more capacity, is highly recommended.
What should I do if the sausages don't rotate or slip on the rollers?
A: If it's a sausage just taken out of the freezer, the icy surface might be slippery. It is recommended to let it thaw slightly or brush a tiny bit of cooking oil on the rollers to increase friction so it can grip and rotate normally. Additionally, please regularly check if the gears at the end of the rollers are meshed tightly.
Can it be used to roast food other than sausages?
A: Yes. Any cooked food that is cylindrical and can roll smoothly between the axes can be made, such as hot dogs, meat rolls, fish tofu sticks, glutinous rice sausages, small corn cobs, etc. The application scenarios are highly diverse.
What routine maintenance keeps the TD-7/10 stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the TD-7/10 handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
