Quick Answer: The CECLE Craftsmanship & Engineering Highlights.

CECLE vs. Traditional / Generic Alternative

Where the CECLE stands out against manual or generic soy milk grinder — measured on the dimensions buyers care about most.

Pressure Consistency
CECLE The CECLE Soy Milk Grinder holds working pressure steady across batches, cutting weak-output rejects.
Inconsistent Contact PressureForce drifts part to part, causing weak seals or incomplete transfer.
Output Speed & Throughput
CECLE It is tuned for continuous commercial throughput with minimal idle time.
Slow Manual CyclingLoading and cycling depend on operator pace, capping real throughput and raising labor cost.
Operational Mechanism & Drive
CECLE Its drive removes operator-dependent variation, so output stays consistent.
Manual Lever OperationOutput depends on operator strength and drifts between shifts.
Chassis Rigidity & Vibration Resistance
CECLE The frame is built rigid to damp vibration and hold alignment under load.
Lightweight Sheet Metal ConstructionProne to chassis flex, frame warping over time, and seal leakage.

Engineering FAQ

The discharged okara comes out very wet, wasting valuable soy milk. How should I adjust the machine?
A: Wet okara is typically caused by two factors: the stone gap is set too wide, or the water flow rate is too heavy. To resolve this: with the motor running, adjust the calibration handle clockwise until you hear a faint stone-rubbing sound, then secure the clearance setting to ensure complete pulverization; simultaneously, reduce the water valve to maintain a steady, moderate stream. Additionally, mixing the first-pass okara with clean water and running it through a second pass will extract virtually all remaining milk.

Can this machine grind rice batter for steamed rice rolls (Cheung Fun)? Will the batter turn out coarse or lumpy?
A: It is exceptionally well suited for Cantonese steamed rice rolls (Cheung Fun), rice cakes, and artisanal rice noodles. When grinding rice, select the 120 mesh filter screen and thoroughly pre-soak the rice. Adjust the stones to the fine-milling setting to yield an ultra-fine, silky, snow-white batter that steams into translucent, tender, and springy rice rolls without grittiness.

What is the operational lifespan of the white corundum grinding stones and filter screen? Are replacements difficult to install?
A: When operating with clean, stone-free grains, the wear-resistant white corundum discs typically deliver a commercial service life of 1 to 2 years, while the internal filter screen lasts 6 to 12 months under daily commercial use. Replacement is straightforward: the unit features a modular quick-release clamp assembly. Loosening the head bolts allows operators to replace worn stones or swap filter screens in 3 to 5 minutes without specialized tools.

What routine maintenance keeps the stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.

Which product sizes and formats can the handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
