Compatible Applications & Materials
- industrial products — primary target products for this Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine line
- Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
- B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Mix Preparation : Thoroughly mix the ice cream powder with purified water in the specified ratio (typically 1:2.5–3) and let it rest for 10–15 minutes
- Hopper Filling : Pour the prepared liquid mix into the top hoppers (if equipped with a pre-cooling system, the mix will be kept fresh at low temperatures inside the hoppers)
- Start Freezing : Press the power button and the Freeze key
- The machine automatically enters the freezing cycle, with the digital panel displaying hardness and progress in real time
- Dispensing : Once the hardness reaches the set level (usually around 80%–95%), hold a paper cup or cone beneath the dispensing nozzle and pull the handle to extrude perfectly shaped soft serve ice cream
- Cleaning &
- Maintenance : At the end of business hours, pour clean water into the hoppers and activate the Wash function to flush out residual mix
Engineering FAQ
What is the difference between a countertop and a floor-standing ice cream machine?
A: Countertop models are compact and specifically engineered for space-limited bars and convenience stores, offering high flexibility in placement and relocation. Floor-standing models typically offer larger capacities and caster wheels, making them better suited for large shopping malls or dedicated ice cream parlors.
What is a hopper pre-cooling system, and does it cost extra?
A: The Hopper Pre-cooling System adds an independent refrigeration and preservation function to the upper storage hoppers, keeping the liquid mix at a cool 2–8°C. This prevents the raw ingredients from spoiling or growing bacteria at room temperature (ideal for storing mix overnight) and dramatically shortens secondary freezing times to boost dispensing speed. Because it incorporates an independent compressor and temperature control module, this feature incurs an extra cost—please consult customer service for details.
Is daily cleaning difficult?
A: Not at all. The machine features a "one-touch auto-clean" function; for daily cleanup, simply pour in clean water and run the wash mode to discharge residual liquid. We recommend performing a deep disassembly cleaning once a week to ensure food safety.
What routine maintenance keeps the TD Series stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the TD Series handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
