3. How It Works (Semi-Automatic Cycle)
- Manually load products into PVC/PET blisters at the external loading station, then cover with a paper card or Tyvek film.
- Start the machine; the workbench automatically slides into the internal heating station.
- The pneumatic cylinder automatically presses down to apply high-temperature heat, bonding the materials firmly.
- Once the timer finishes, the cylinder lifts, and the workbench automatically slides out.
- Manually remove the finished products, reload the materials, and repeat the highly efficient cycle.
