Compatible Applications & Materials
- industrial products — primary target products for this Capping Machine line
- Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
- B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Power Connection : Connect to power supply, insert air compressor pipe into the quick-connect inlet, and adjust pressure to standard operating range
- Height Adjustment : Place a target bottle and adjust capping head height until it sits approx
- 5–10 mm above the cap
- Parameter Setting : Set capping time and interval time on the digital display according to cap material (or switch to foot-pedal mode)
- Bottle Placement : Operator places bottle (with pre-positioned cap) into the positioning slot and triggers foot switch or sensor
- Automatic Capping : Pneumatic cylinder drives the capping head downward rapidly to rotate
- It automatically stops and resets once target torque or duration is reached
Engineering FAQ
Why is this machine better than a pure electric model?
A: Pneumatic downward force provides constant, uniform pressure, preventing thread stripping or loose seals caused by inconsistent manual pressure. Additionally, pneumatic operation better protects the motor, extending machine lifespan.
Is it complicated to adjust for different bottle heights?
A: Very simple. Just loosen the side fixing screw and turn the top handwheel to adjust the capping head height—no tools required.
Can cap tightness be adjusted?
A: Yes. You can precisely control tightness by adjusting torque settings on the digital panel and regulating air inlet pressure.
Why is the 30 - 45 caps/min Speed rating important for the SGJ-80?
A: The 30 - 45 caps/min Speed balances throughput and stability for continuous B2B runs — too low limits output, too high compromises seal/transfer quality. This rating is the engineered sweet spot for the target product range.
What peripheral equipment should be prepared for the SGJ-80?
A: Beyond the rated AC 110V - 220V (50/60Hz) Voltage supply, prepare the standard fixtures/molds for your product format and a clean, stable workbench. No special external compressor is required for this electric model.
What routine maintenance keeps the SGJ-80 stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
