Automatic Flow Packaging Machine for Bread, Biscuits, and Bakery Products

A Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine, commonly known as a Pillow Packaging Machine or HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill Seal), is one of the most versatile and mature automated packaging solutions in the industry today.
It is a horizontal, continuous packaging system. The name "Pillow Type" comes from the final shape of the package: it features a longitudinal back seal and two transverse end seals, resembling the shape of a pillow.
1. Working Principle
The machine operates in a seamless, automated cycle:
Film Forming: The packaging film passes through a "forming collar" to be shaped into a continuous tube.
Product Feeding: Products are placed on a conveyor and fed horizontally into the center of the film tube.
Longitudinal Sealing (Back Seal): The edges of the film are heat-sealed together along the length of the product.
Transverse Sealing & Cutting: Horizontal rotary cutters seal both ends of the bag and cut it simultaneously, completing the individual package.
