Quick Answer: The CECLE ADLC-5000 is an Automatic Desktop Filling Line with a filling speed of 50 bottles/min, engineered for stable, repeatable commercial-scale production.

CECLE ADLC-5000 vs. Traditional / Generic Alternative

Where the CECLE ADLC-5000 stands out against manual or generic automatic desktop filling line — measured on the dimensions buyers care about most.

Working Capacity & Batch Size
CECLE ADLC-5000Filling Range: 30–5000ml
Bench-Scale Batch SizeRated for a handful of pieces per cycle, so a full production day needs repeated passes and extra hands to keep up.
Pressure / Vacuum Stability
CECLE ADLC-5000Air Pressure: 0.6–0.8MPa
Fixed-Setting PumpVacuum or pressure sags as seals wear, so output turns intermittent and product has to be re-run or scrapped.
Cycle Time & Throughput
CECLE ADLC-5000Filling Speed: 50 bottles/min
Operator-Paced CyclingReal output tracks how fast the operator loads, so hourly rates fall well short of the figure quoted on the spec sheet.
Power & Drive Rating
CECLE ADLC-5000Power: 3kW
Unrated Wiring & Oversized LoadNo earthing or overload protection for continuous shifts; leads and terminals run hot at peak draw, and the motor bogs down under load.

Technical Specifications

# Advantage Description
1 One machine, both materials The filling unit switches between liquid and paste materials, so one line covers two product types and halves the investment
2 Desktop compact design, space-saving All three machines are desktop units on casters; the whole line starts work in about 3㎡, ideal for small workshops or home-based production
3 Integrated line, labor-saving Filling – capping – labeling flow on one line: only 1–2 operators needed, replacing three separate manual processes
4 Fully adjustable, fast changeover Filling volume 30–5000ml, bottle diameter 30–120mm, label length 15–314mm — a wide range that supports multiple SKUs
5 Plug and play Runs on 220V/110V household power plus a standard 0.6–0.8MPa air supply; no dedicated industrial power required, ready to run on arrival
6 Buy single units or the full line The three machines can work independently or be purchased as a complete line, configured flexibly to match output targets and budget

Compatible Applications & Materials

  • industrial products — primary target products for this Automatic Desktop Filling Line line
  • Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
  • B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Empty bottles on line │ ▼ ① Filling station (AD-5000) Bottles placed manually → conveyed into the filling station Paste: hopper + piston dosing ─┐ Liquid: self-priming pump / piston dosing ─┴→ dosing 30–5000ml into the bottle │ ▼ ② Capping station (AD-50) Bottle in position → automatic bottle-mouth alignment Constant-torque cap tightening (cap diameter 20–50mm) │ ▼ ③ Labeling station (AD-220) Bottle detected in sync → automatic label feeding, application and smoothing Wrap-around labeling for round bottles, precision ≤1.0mm │ ▼ ④ Off-line bottle collection Bottles removed manually → cartoning / downstream packaging Operating notes:
  2. Start-up sequence: switch on the conveyor and air supply first, then start the filling, capping and labeling stations in order
  3. Changeover procedure: adjust the conveyor guardrail width to the new bottle size → set the filling volume → adjust capping height and torque → adjust the labeling sensor and label web position
  4. Material change procedure: remove the hopper and pipeline → clean → install the assembly for the new material → test-fill 2–3 bottles to calibrate accuracy
  5. Routine maintenance: clean the filling nozzles and pipeline every shift
  6. check belt tension and sensor sensitivity weekly
  7. drain the air service unit regularly

Engineering FAQ

Can this line fill both liquid and paste products?
A: Yes. The AD-5000 filling machine is a liquid-and-paste dual-purpose design; switching products only requires changing the hopper/pump assembly and flushing the pipeline.

What is the output capacity of the ADLC-5000 line?
A: Rated speeds are 50 bottles/min (filling), 20–50 times/min (capping) and 30–60 pcs/min (labeling). The overall line speed depends on bottle size and filling volume, and is usually calculated based on the capping station at 20–50 bottles/min.

What is the minimum and maximum filling volume?
A: The filling range is 30–5000ml, adjustable within the same machine, covering sample bottles up to large-capacity bottles.

My bottle is 28mm in diameter and my cap is 18mm — will it work?
A: The capper accepts bottle diameters of 30–120mm and cap diameters of 20–50mm. Anything outside this range requires custom fixtures. Please provide cap photos or samples for confirmation before ordering.

What label sizes does the labeling machine support?
A: Labels from 15–314mm long and 10–120mm wide, applied on bottles with a diameter of 32–100mm and height of 40–350mm. Label rolls use a 76mm core with a maximum outer diameter of 300mm — please confirm your label specification before ordering.

What power supply and air source are required?
A: The line runs on standard 220V/110V single-phase power (0.85–3kW per machine). The filling machine also needs a conventional 0.6–0.8MPa air compressor; no industrial three-phase power is required.
