Compatible Applications & Materials
- industrial products — primary target products for this Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine line
- Standard industrial materials compatible with the machine's rated spec range
- B2B production lines and contract manufacturing workshops
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Mix Preparation : Thoroughly blend ice cream powder with purified water in the recommended ratio (typically 1:2.5–3) and let it rest for 10–15 minutes
- Hopper Filling : Pour the liquid mix into the top hoppers (if equipped with the pre-cooling option, the mix remains fresh at low temperatures inside the hoppers)
- Start Freezing : Power on the machine and activate the Freeze mode
- The digital control panel monitors and displays the freezing progress and product hardness in real time
- Dispensing : Once the hardness reaches the optimal serving point (around 80%–95%), place a cone or cup under the dispensing nozzle and pull the handle down to extrude professional soft serve ice cream
- Cleaning &
- Maintenance : At closing time, pour clean water into the hoppers and run the auto-clean cycle to flush out residual mix
Engineering FAQ
What are the main advantages of a floor-standing ice cream machine compared to a countertop model?
A: Floor-standing machines offer significantly higher production capacity, larger hopper and freezing cylinder volumes, better heat dissipation for continuous operation, built-in lockable casters for easy mobility, and an ergonomic height that requires no extra table support.
What does the "Pre-cooling" option do, and is it worth choosing?
A: The pre-cooling function adds independent refrigeration to the upper hoppers, keeping the liquid mix chilled at 2–8°C. This allows you to safely leave the mix inside overnight without spoilage (saving cleanup time and ingredients) and speeds up the freezing process when business picks up.
Are floor-standing machines difficult to move and clean?
A: Not at all. Despite their larger capacity, they feature heavy-duty universal casters with brakes so one person can easily reposition them. They also include automated wash modes for quick daily rinsing.
What routine maintenance keeps the BQL Series stable for long production runs?
A: Keep the working area clean, verify the rated power/air supply before each shift, and inspect wear parts per the technical manual. Stable input conditions are the main factor in consistent output and long service life.
Which product sizes and formats can the BQL Series handle?
A: The machine is configured for its rated specification range (see Technical Specifications). For formats outside the standard range, CECLE can advise on tooling or model selection.
