Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  2. Pre-startup Preparation Check whether the surface of the machine drum is clean, and whether the conveyor belt and batter pump pipeline are connected correctly without foreign objects
  3. Set the baking temperature of the drum according to the wrapper requirements, and turn on the heating switch to preheat (usually preheated to 120°C - 160°C)
  4. Before preheating is complete, a very small amount of edible demolding oil can be evenly applied to the drum surface
  5. Feeding and Operation Batter Pre-processing : Mix flour and water according to a strict ratio to make a batter, let it stand to remove bubbles (the batter needs to have good fluidity and no lumps), and pour it into the machine's stainless steel batter bucket
  6. Start Forming : After the drum temperature reaches the set value, turn on the drum rotation motor, and then turn on the batter delivery pump
  7. The batter will automatically and evenly adhere to the drum surface

The drum surface can be wiped with a flexible damp cloth after cooling. Since the body is all 304 stainless steel, the exterior is stain-resistant and easy to clean.
