24/7 Unattended Mass Production. Zero Blister Oil Required.
The HFQ-04 and HFQ-05 Series represent the pinnacle of fully automatic high-frequency blister welding. Designed specifically for large-scale packaging factories, electronic accessory manufacturers, and medical blister plants, these machines utilize an advanced high-frequency oscillation system to achieve molecular fusion—meaning no blister oil is needed for APET, PETG, PVC, or Leather thermal bonding.
Controlled by an intuitive PLC touch screen and featuring a high-speed 3-station automatic rotary turntable, this series is engineered to drastically reduce labor costs while boosting output up to 10 pcs/min.

1. Choose Your Automation Level: HFQ-04 vs. HFQ-05
HFQ-04: Basic Automatic Model
Best for: Semi-automatic workshops with dedicated operators and limited budgets.
- 3-Station Automatic Rotary Turntable.
- Automatic heat sealing and rotation.
- Manual unloading required.
- Speed: 6~8 pcs/min.
HFQ-05: Robotic Arm Unload Model
Best for: 24-hour continuous assembly lines requiring fully unattended operation.
- 3-Station Turntable + Servo Robotic Arm.
- Robotic arm automatically grabs and offloads finished goods.
- Can be connected directly to downstream conveyor belts.
- Speed: 8~10 pcs/min.
2. Core Features & Advantages
- No Blister Oil Needed: The built-in high-frequency oscillator achieves material molecular self-heating fusion. This delivers stronger, highly transparent sealing edges free of whitening and delamination.
- Smart PLC Touch Screen: Full automatic program control. Save and recall all production parameters (temperature, pressure, robotic stroke) with a single click.
- Dual Protection Circuit: Equipped with a highly sensitive spark suppressor and overcurrent protection to safeguard your custom molds and high-frequency vacuum tubes.
- Industrial-Grade Stability: The massive 500KG (1102 lbs) rigid frame ensures zero vibration during high-speed rotation and pressing. Includes safety door interlocks and emergency stop features.

5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1: Is blister oil needed for blister-card packaging with this machine?
A1: No. Unlike traditional heat sealers, our built-in high-frequency oscillator realizes material molecular self-heating fusion. This eliminates the need for blister oil, delivering stronger and cleaner sealing strength.
Q2: Can the robotic arm be retrofitted to the HFQ-04 model later?
A2: No. The servo robotic arm on the HFQ-05 is an exclusive, factory-integrated structure (including specific PLC programming and power systems) and cannot be installed on the HFQ-04 after delivery. Please select HFQ-05 if you anticipate needing automation.
Q3: Do both machines require an air compressor?
A3: Yes. Both models utilize a heavy-duty pneumatic pressing structure. A stable external air source of 0.6~0.8MPa is mandatory for normal operation.
Q4: Are molds interchangeable between HFQ-04 and HFQ-05?
A4: Yes. They share the exact same 200×350mm heating platen size, so custom multi-cavity molds can be used interchangeably.
