What is a Manual Blister Machine?
A manual blister machine is a compact, hand-operated device used to create sealed blister packs. A blister pack typically consists of two main parts:
The Blister Cavity: A pre-formed plastic shell (usually PVC or PET) that holds the product.
The Backing Card: A printed cardboard sheet (or foil) that seals the product inside and provides information.
The machine's job is to apply heat and pressure to fuse a special adhesive coating on the backing card to the plastic blister, creating a secure and tamper-evident seal.
