Weighing, Filling & Packing Machine Selector

1 · What do you need?

Hard filter and decides the machine family. Fill = portion material into bags; Check = reject under/over-weight sealed packs; Bulk = 25 kg sacks.

2 · Material type

Hard filter for fine powder. All machines here use vibratory feeding, which cannot handle ultra-fine / sticky powders (flour, fine milk powder) — they bridge and clog. Free-flowing granules, crystals and regular powders are fine.

3 · Target weight per bag (g)

Hard filter. A machine is removed if its weighing range cannot cover this weight. Leave empty for “any”.

4 · Automation level

Soft preference, not a filter. Machines outside your preferred level stay in the list but rank lower. Leave empty for “any”.

5 · Anything else you need?

Preferences, not filters — machines that lack them stay in the list, just ranked lower.

Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out

What you need is a hard filter and decides the family. Fill covers the FM single-head fillers, TD linear (2/4-head) and TD multi-head combination scales; Check is the TD-1C1 dynamic checkweigher; Bulk is the A-25 25 kg bagging scale.

Ultra-fine / sticky powder is a hard exclusion. Every machine here is vibratory-fed. Flour, fine milk powder and other dusty/sticky powders will bridge and clog, so all fillers and the A-25 are removed and an auger-filler alternative is suggested. (Checking finished flour packs with TD-1C1 is still fine.)

Target weight is a hard filter. A machine is removed and named if its weighing range cannot cover the weight you entered.

Automation level is a soft preference. A manual FM, a semi-auto TD linear and a high-speed TD multihead all solve the same job; picking one just reorders the list and flags the others, it never drops them.

Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first. The “Lowest cost” badge marks the cheapest machine that still matches your hard filters.

Prices are reference USD (EXW, lowest published option). The exact FM model is quoted per order because Shopify lists the FM series as one consolidated product. Confirm the full price on WhatsApp.
