Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out
Two machines make one line. A cellophane wrap needs a wrapping unit (wraps film 360° and cuts it) and a folding unit (folds and seals the two open ends). The ACW series only wraps; the 3DP/A3DP series only folds. The CW series does both in one machine.
Line speed of a pair is the slower of the two. Pairing a 15-20/min wrapper with a 20/min folder still gives you 15-20/min — the bottleneck is always the wrapping unit.
Size is a hard filter. If your box exceeds a unit's L, W or H limit, that unit cannot run it — no workaround.
Wrapping units are limited by film width, not box size. The film has to cover the cross-section of your box: width + 2 × height. The ACW series takes film up to 400 mm, so a box needing more than that gets an amber warning rather than a hard rejection — because CECLE hasn't published box limits for those three models yet.
Capacity is a soft filter. A machine slower than your target isn't rejected, it's labelled under capacity — you can still run it longer or add a second shift.
