Every CECLE blister sealer is pneumatic. Only the hydraulic version of the manual high-frequency models runs with no air at all.

Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out

Sealing area is a hard filter. CECLE blister sealers are built around a fixed sealing plate, from 200×300 mm on the BS-2030 up to 700×500 mm on the BS-5070. A blister larger than the plate simply cannot be run, so those models are removed. The comparison is rotation-tolerant — a 300×200 blister also fits a 200×300 plate.

Material is a hard filter, and it splits the range in two. PVC / PET blisters onto paper cards or medical Tyvek are sealed by hot pressing a coating — that is the BS and UBS series. Eco PET / APET / GAG double blisters and leather, EVA, PU or OPP fabric have no coating to melt, so they need high-frequency welding, which fuses the plastic molecules themselves — that is the HFQ series. There is no overlap.

Air supply is a hard filter, and it is listed separately. Every BS and UBS model is pneumatic and cannot seal without a compressor. The manual HFQ models are the exception: order the hydraulic version and no air supply is needed. If you tell us there is no compressor, the purely pneumatic models are removed and named in a note above — never silently dropped.

Blister shape is a preference, not a filter. Ask for special-shaped and the platen-heating UBS-5030 moves to the top; the mould-heating models stay in the list but carry a warning, because an equal-width sealing edge may not follow an irregular blister rim.

Capacity is a soft filter. A machine slower than your target is kept and labelled Under capacity — you can run it longer, add a shift or fit a multi-cavity mold. Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first.

Molds are never in the price. Every CECLE blister sealer is quoted without molds; they are cut to your product sample and charged separately. The 3-station rotary models need three sets and the 2-station BS-5070 needs two to run their continuous cycle. Price the molds before you quote the project.
