Selection logic — how a series gets ruled out
The job type is a hard filter. Rice / bean / grain washing with de-stoning is exclusive to the URW ultrasonic series. Root-vegetable peeling is covered by the CPP centrifugal peeler and the HRP brush-roller machines. Gentle no-peel washing of fruit, vegetables and even shellfish is covered by the CBW bubble line and the HRP brush rollers.
Hourly throughput is a hard filter. Enter your kg/h target and a series whose largest documented model can't reach it is removed and named. Documented maxima: CBW 3,000 kg/h, URW 1,500 kg/h, HRP 1,000 kg/h, CPP 300 kg/h.
Compact footprint, continuous-line throughput and lowest entry price are soft preferences. Matching series rank first; the rest stay in the list.
CBW and CPP serve different scales. The CPP drum peeler is the compact batch tool (60–120 s per batch); the CBW bubble line is a conveyor system meant to link with cutters, dewatering and packing machines in a central-kitchen line.
Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first. The "Lowest cost" badge marks the cheapest series that still matches your hard filters.
Prices are reference USD from the linked product pages, sea-to-door basis. The CPP listing also quotes express air prices; the URW listing currently quotes a single SZX-100 variant — the exact sub-model is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Scope note. This selector covers the four washing / peeling series documented on doc.cecle.net (CBW, URW, HRP Model 45–100, CPP). A garlic peeling machine is listed on cecle.net but has no specification page yet, so it is excluded pending documentation.
