Tube Filling & Sealing Machine Selector

Tell us whether you need to fill the tube or just seal it, your tube material and how fast you need to run. We'll show every CECLE tube filler & sealer that fits - cheapest first - and name the ones that need an air compressor.

Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out

Tube material is a hard filter, and it splits the range. TS-80 is built for aluminum-plastic (laminate) tubes and cold-folds the tail. QDFW-125 is ultrasonic and is for plastic and composite tubes. FW-006 and HZNF-60B take plastic, aluminum-plastic and composite; HZNF-60B additionally takes metal tubes. There is no overlap — a plastic-tube customer cannot use the TS-80.

Function is a hard filter. A customer who needs to fill product into the tube cannot use the seal-only TS-80 or QDFW-125. Those two are removed and named, never silently swapped for a fill + seal machine.

Diameter is a hard filter for the machines that publish it. FW-006 and HZNF-60B accept tubes of 10–50 mm. The seal-only TS-80 and QDFW-125 seal by sealing-bar size (80 / 100 × 7 mm) and publish no diameter window, so an oversize tube may not fit the bar — confirm with the factory.

Capacity is a soft filter. A machine slower than your target is kept and labelled Under capacity — you can run it longer or add a shift. Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first.

Two Shopify products have no doc page. FW-002 (plastic-tube fill + seal) and FWJ-4 (aluminum-tube fill + seal) are live on the store but are not in the doc.cecle.net tube cluster, so their diameter, speed, voltage and power are unpublished. They are listed with the lowest price and a "confirm on WhatsApp" flag.

Every model needs a compressor. Unlike the blister range, there is no hydraulic or electric tube machine to fall back on — a "no air" customer simply needs to add a compressor.
