1 · How do you want to feed the dough?

This is the hard filter that sets the whole machine class. Semi-automatic: an operator places ready-made sheets, the machine fills and folds. Fully automatic: a slurry-fed line makes the wrapper, fills, folds and discharges on its own.

2 · Which samosa shape do you sell?

Triangle / curry puff (three-corner fold) and Punjabi (semi-circle, half-moon) need different folders — pick your product shape.

3 · What filling goes inside?

The filling system is dedicated and fixed at order, so paste and meat/granular do not use the same machine. Pick the one you need.

4 · Target output (pieces per hour)

Optional. Leave it empty to see every machine. Machines below your number stay in the list but are flagged "Under capacity".

5 · Anything else?

Preference, not a filter — machines that lack it stay in the list, just ranked lower.

Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out

Feeding mode is a hard filter. Semi-automatic machines (SSF-RL-75-3, SSF-GT-R120-2) need an operator to place pre-cut sheets by hand; the fully automatic line (ASM-1500-72-5) is fed with batter slurry and forms its own wrapper. They are different classes of machine, so pick one and only that family remains.

Shape is a hard filter. Triangle / curry puff folders and the Punjabi semi-circle folder are different mechanisms. Pick "Punjabi" and only the SSF-GT-R120-2 remains.

Filling type is a hard filter. Every machine ships with a dedicated filling system — paste (mashed potato, cheese, bean paste) OR meat/granular (minced meat, beans, vegetable chunks). One machine cannot switch between them, so the choice is fixed at order.

Target output is a soft filter. A machine slower than the number you enter is kept and clearly flagged "Under capacity" — never silently removed.

Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first. Machines that meet your capacity come first; the "Lowest cost" badge marks the cheapest machine that still matches your hard filters.

Prices are reference USD at the lowest published shipping option on the product page. The shipping basis differs between models (semi-auto are sea-to-door; the automatic line is sea-to-port), so confirm the full landed cost on WhatsApp.

Scope note. This selector covers the samosa making / folding machines only. The SPM-1700 samosa pastry sheet & spring-roll wrapper machine is a separate product category (it makes the sheets, not the samosa) and is excluded.

Every machine needs a compressed-air supply to drive its pneumatic folding / sealing head — the automatic line wants 5 kW+, the Punjabi folder 2.2 kW+.
