GD Series Fully Automatic Candy Production Line
Product Overview: The GD Series Fully Automatic Candy Production Line is a highly integrated industrial assembly line for mass-producing hard candies, soft gummies (gelatin/pectin), and toffee. From automatic syrup boiling and high-precision servo depositing to chilled water cooling and demolding, this GMP-compliant stainless steel line delivers an immense production capacity (ranging from 150kg/h up to 1000kg/h) and is highly flexible with both metal and silicone molds.

I. Intelligent Manufacturing & Multi-Functionality

Controlled by a central PLC system, the GD series achieves seamless, unmanned operation from raw material processing to final product molding.

  • High-Precision Servo Depositing: Ensures the weight of every single candy (adjustable between 2-20g) is extremely precise, avoiding raw material waste and guaranteeing consistent appearance.
  • Unmatched Mold Compatibility: Easily switch between metal molds and silicone molds. Produce single-color, dual-color, or center-filled candies by simply adjusting the recipe and mold.
  • Fully Enclosed Automatic Cooling: A highly efficient chilled water and cold air circulation system rapidly cools the candies, yielding crystal-clear gummies and glossy hard candies while drastically shortening production cycles.
  • GMP & CIP Ready: Constructed from premium 304/316 food-grade stainless steel. The hygienic, dead-corner-free design supports Clean-In-Place (CIP) for strict domestic and international food safety standards.

III. Industrial Logistics & Overseas Installation

  • Modular Export Packaging: Disassembled into boiling, depositing, and cooling modules. Treated for rust and moisture, then securely packed in heavy-duty fumigation-free wooden cases (Shipped via 40HQ containers).
  • Customization & Lead Time: Standard non-standard customization and line manufacturing take approximately 45-60 working days after contract and drawing approval.
  • Global On-Site Installation: Includes a 1-year warranty. We strongly recommend dispatching our senior engineers to your facility for on-site assembly, piping connection, test runs, and operator training (travel expenses to be covered by the buyer).

IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can this production line produce hard candies and soft candies at the same time?
Yes, the line is highly versatile. While the front-end boiling temperatures differ for hard candies versus gummies (gelatin/pectin), the depositing host and cooling channels are shared. Simply switch the PLC program and corresponding molds.
Can the shape and weight of the candies be customized?
Absolutely. Molds are custom-made through 3D engraving based on your desired shape (e.g., gummy bears, fruits). The servo depositing system precisely controls individual candy weight between 2 to 20 grams.
Why does the production line require steam and compressed air?
Steam provides rapid, even, and burn-free heating for the jacketed boiling kettles. Compressed air drives the high-speed depositing nozzles, automatic demolding devices, and pneumatic valves for precise, rapid mechanical movements.
