Q2: Can the machine be heated if my product easily solidifies?
A2: Yes. We support optional heating hoppers or stirring hoppers to prevent materials like chocolate sauce, coconut oil, or specific creams from solidifying or settling during filling.
Q3: What bag sealing styles does the machine support?
A3: The standard machine supports back-seal (pillow bag) or three-side seal bags. We can also customize models to support four-side seal bags upon request.

Workflow
- Film Loading & Setup: Place the packaging roll film onto the film holder and thread it through the forming mechanism correctly.
- Parameter Configuration: Power on the machine, set the target bag length, filling volume, and temperature parameters via the control panel.
- Material Feeding: Pour the liquid or paste material into the feeding hopper (utilizing heating or stirring functions if required).
- Automatic Forming & Filling: The machine automatically pulls the film into a tube, forms the bag shape, seals the vertical/bottom edges, and dispenses the exact volume of product into the bag.
- Final Sealing & Cutting: The machine executes top sealing, imprints date/batch numbers (if code printer is equipped), and cuts the finished bag off for output collection.
