Stretch Wrapping Machine Selector

Tell us what you wrap, how heavy and how tall it is, and whether you have a forklift and an air compressor. We'll show every CECLE stretch wrapper that fits - cheapest first - and name the ones that need compressed air.

Selection logic — how a machine gets ruled out

Cargo type is a hard filter, and it splits the range into five families. A pallet wrapper, a door-panel wrapper, a paper-roll wrapper, a luggage wrapper and a carton wrapper share almost no parts — so the first question decides which family you are shopping in, and the other questions only tune within it.

Load weight and cargo height are hard filters. Every CECLE wrapper is built around a turntable with a fixed rated load and a column of fixed height. Above either limit the load cannot be held or wrapped, so those models are removed. The comparison is exact — entering 100 kg does not rule out a 2000 kg machine.

Loading method is a hard filter, but only inside the pallet family. The M-type TP1650F-M has an open chassis a hand pallet jack rolls straight into — it is the only model for sites with no motorised forklift, and its safe load is capped at 1000 kg because the open frame changes the stress path. Pick "forklift" and it is removed; pick "manual jack" and only it remains.

Air supply is a hard filter, listed separately. TP1650F-CS, QTP1800F-L and HYP2000F-AU are pneumatic. Without a compressor they cannot run, so they are removed and named in a note — never silently dropped.

Weighing, full automation and top platen are preferences, not filters. Integrated weighing (CTP1650F-L), automatic film attach & cut + remote control (QTP1800F-L) and a top pressure plate for light loads (TP1650F-CS / TP1650F-DS) rank higher when you tick them, but a machine without them is kept and simply ranked lower.

Capacity is partly published. Only TP1650F-L and QTP1800F-L state pallets/hour; the rest publish turntable rpm but not an output figure, so no per-shift output is shown for them and they are never flagged "under capacity". Results are sorted by fit, then cheapest first.
