About Blister Cutting Machine Die Cutter Press

Blister cutting machines are hydraulic die-cutters that trim thermoformed PVC, PET and PP blister sheets into finished packs. They range from manual swing-arm presses to auto double-side feeders with stacking for mass production. CECLE supplies 2 blister cutting machines.

How to Choose

  • Match cutting force to your cutting-line length and material hardness—15–30 T for small trays, 40–60 T general, 80–200 T for thick or large sheets.
  • Choose automation level: manual swing-arm for low volume, semi-auto sliding table, or auto double-side feed with stacker for mass production.
  • Confirm max cutting area (e.g. 610×1220 mm up to 810×1600 mm) fits your blister sheet size.
  • Decide single- or double-side cutting and whether you need heating/creasing for folded or glued packs.
  • Verify material compatibility (PVC, PET, PP, PS, paperboard) and CE/ISO certification for export.

FAQ

Q: How do I size the cutting force for blister sheets?
A: Force depends on total cutting-line length and material hardness, not thickness—longer, tougher cuts need more tonnage (30 T small up to 200 T for large/thick sheets).

Q: Manual or automatic blister die-cutter?
A: Manual swing-arm suits short runs and samples; semi-auto sliding tables and auto double-side feeders with stackers are for high-volume, labor-saving production.

Q: Can one machine cut PVC, PET and PP blisters?
A: Yes—hydraulic die cutters handle PVC, PET, PE, PP, PS and paperboard with the right die; contact CECLE with your sheet specs for die and force advice.
