Working Principle
The working principle of a pad printing machine is to transfer ink through the elastic deformation of the pad (usually made of silicone material). First, the engraved intaglio plate (steel plate) with patterns or characters is coated with ink, and a squeegee is used to scrape off the excess ink, leaving only the ink in the intaglio pattern part. Then, the pad is pressed down to contact the intaglio plate. Due to the softness of the pad, it can absorb the ink in the intaglio pattern. Finally, the pad moves above the object to be printed and is pressed down to transfer the ink to the object's surface, thus completing the printing process.
